Incorrect Orders

Damaged or Defective Items

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will offer a either a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the situation.
Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging with SKU labels intact. The item must also be free from damage, including signs of wear, tear, stains, and odors. You will need to provide your order number, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), and clear pictures of the product showing all tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery for all items in your order.You will be required to provide your order number and the reason for the return. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt for proof. You must ship the items back within 5 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will be notified once your return is complete.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
